RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All merchandise comes with a standard 30 day manufacturer's warranty
against defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase
unless otherwise specified. Merchandise noted as "close-out" items are
sold "as is" and have no warranty. Manufacturer's warranty applies to
parts only and does not cover labor or shipping costs to the customer.
Defective products can be returned within 3 days for repairs or
exchange. Replacement products have the remainder of the 30 day
warranty. Warranty only covers scooters, skateboards, and other products
that are used under normal conditions. It does not cover normal wear and
tear, or damage or loss caused by improper assembly, use, shipping, or
storage.

for a R.M.A. (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return
mailing address. All products must be returned in unused, re-sellable
condition in their original packaging, with all parts, including
manuals, accessories, etc. Products will not be considered for refund
or exchange if they have been ridden, used, worn, abused, or damaged in
any way. Products must be returned for refund or exchange within 3 days
of the purchase date.
To prepare the product for return
shipment, please follow these guidelines:
- Re-pack the product in its
original packaging the way it was when it arrived, including all
parts, accessories, manuals and packing material.
Include a copy of your original
sales invoice.
Include a brief explanation of the
reason for return.
Clearly print you R.M.A. number on
the return shipping label on the outside of the box.
We recommend that returns be sent
via UPS or another courier that issues a tracking number. We are not
responsible for loss or damage during return shipping. YOU MUST
PROVIDE US WITH THE TRACKING INFO UPON REQUESTED All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. WE WILL NOT REIMBURSE THE CUSTOMER FOR ANY FREIGHT CHARGES, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Shipping costs are non-refundable,
and there is a 25% restocking fee for all returns. For refunds, credit
will be applied to the account through which the payment was originally
made within 3-6 weeks of the product's receipt. For exchanges, the
replacement products(s) will be shipped within 1 to 3 weeks of the
receipt of the returned product(s). Any remaining balance will be issued
as store credit. Returns that do not follow the above guidelines may be
denied. Items returned without an R.M.A. number may not be credited for
refund or exchange.
For replacement parts, please consult with a local technician to
determine which replacement parts are needed. Due to the
limitation of diagnosing problems over the phone, Asctechs.com will not
provide any technical support to customers via telephone. Please
contact customer service at
info@asctechs.com with the replacement parts request.
Manufacturer's warranty only cover defects, it does not apply to
shipping damages or misuse of merchandise. Proof of defect may be
required for some parts. Return of the defective item may be
required for some parts. The customer is responsible for all
shipping charges, including shipping charges incurred for replacement
parts.
FREE SHIPPING OFFER
Customers receive free shipping on select models during this
promotion. If a customer wish to return a product under this
promotion, Asctechs.com reserves the right to charge the customer
the original shipping cost incurred by Asctechs.com. If a customer
wish to exchange a product under this promotion, Asctechs.com reserves
the right to charge the customer the original shipping cost incurred by
Asctechs.com and the shipping charge incurred for shipping the
replacement product.
